The heart of the staff is made up of Christian and Jennifer, who by intertwining their origins, gave life to the project “ Le Gourmand by Christian Turra ” with the desire to convey emotions and expressions of the two territories.

​Le Gourmand was born from the idea of creating a welcoming mountain chalet, where Chef Christian Turra combines the Aosta Valley food and wine tradition and Abruzzo authenticity.

A cuisine with attention to detail, attentive to the quality of its dishes raw materials respecting their seasonality.

Flavors and aromas, according to the tradition of Aosta Valley and Abruzzo cuisine, sometimes leaving room for innovation.

These are the fundamental components of our menu, surrounded by a careful choice of wines also based on direct contact with the producer, to capture all the sensations, from origin to creation.
