Saturday, 13 December 2025 the opening of the Snowboard Cross World Cup

The Aosta Valley resort will once again host the opening stage of the World Cup circuit, and there is great interest in discovering who will be the most competitive athletes and any new faces in the discipline.

The world’s best riders will return to compete at the foot of the Matterhorn on Saturday, 13 December, when the races (one women’s and one men’s) will take place, preceded by the qualifiers on Friday, 12 December. On Sunday, 14 December, the Team Event will be held in pairs (one man and one woman).

The arrival of the national teams is scheduled for Tuesday, 9 December, while the first tests and inspection are planned for the following day, with official training on Thursday, 11 December from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

On Friday, 12 December at 6:00 p.m., children and winter sports enthusiasts will have the chance to meet the athletes during the bib draw, scheduled in the small church square. The eve of the World Cup race will then continue with a DJ set.
