Cervinia opens the italian ski area 6th November 2021
From Saturday 6th November skiing also possible in the Plan Maison ski area
After inaugurating the season on the 16th and 17th October with 2,000 ski fans that finally had the pleasure of skiing after a long wait, the first lifts in Italian territory of the Cervino Ski Paradise will open thanks to the recent snowfalls and the artificial snow coverage. In fact, from Saturday 6th November, the chairlifts Plan Maison, Fornet and Bontadini from the ski area Plan Maison at 2,500 metres will open. Skiers will be able to ascend to Plateau Rosà, cross over into Switzerland and use the ski runs returning back to Italian territory.
The lifts of the company Cervino S.p.A will be open every day from 8:15 am (first ride up from Breuil-Cervinia) and the chairlifts will open at 9.00 am.
The daily and multi-day skipasses, and reduced tariffs for Residents, are available online: those with keycards can load their skipasses directly online and those without can collect their skipasses using the “pick-up mode”, from the ticket offices in Breuil-Cervinia Valtournenche.
For real time weather and ski runs conditions, consult the website www.cervinia.it , or call the Information Office at +39 0166 944311.
